Service Coordinator, Crisis Residential

Shift: Monday -Friday 7am-3pm. This is a direct care opportunity to support the overall independence and wellbeing of clients in Sheppard Pratt’s Crisis Residential program. This position will assess and monitor client needs, develop service plans, connect clients to community services and resources, and advocate for clients as necessary.
