Personal Care Assistant Full Time

Job Purpose: - The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for performing personal care and homemaker services based on a nurse’s assessment of the client’s needs. This position is also responsible for providing respite and private duty care. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting clients with personal hygiene according to the client care plan. - Taking and recording vital signs with accuracy. - Responding appropriately in an emergency and promptly reporting any unusual occurrences or incidents.
