Design Team Lead-BIM

Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: • Lead and mentor a team of BIM Co-Ordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Assign tasks and projects to team members based on skill sets, project requirements, and deadlines. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to BIM Co-Ordinators. • Project Coordination and Execution: • Receive instructions from the BIM Manager and delegate tasks to BIM Co-Ordinators for the preparation of busbar layout 3D models and 2D shop drawings in line with project requirements, specifications, and deadlines. • Organize and lead review meetings at each project stage with relevant project team members to ensure customer requirements are met and project milestones are achieved.
