Interactive Teller Rep/Video Teller

The Interactive Representative will be responsible for providing superior member service while interacting via video with members in a high performance and member focused environment. The Interactive Representative will be expected to successfully resolve member inquiries, identify member’s financial needs and offer products and services to satisfy those needs while embodying the Credit Union’s core values of Trust, Integrity, Teamwork and Making a Difference. Bilingual Preferred.
