Comp Service Supervisor

Position Summary: The Comp Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, including complimentary services and banquets. This role ensures the achievement of financial goals, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. The supervisor will lead the team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position requires a proactive approach to managing daily operations, addressing guest feedback, and fostering a positive work environment. Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00per hour
