The Opportunity: We’ve just opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art workshop facility in Gillman, and we’re building a high-performing team to match it. Reporting to a highly experienced Maintenance Manager with over 25 years in the industry, you’ll be supported by a leader who brings broad operation knowledge and practical, hands-on approach to running a high performing workshop. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a critical role in keeping our fleet moving, ensuring the right parts are sourced, ordered and available when the workshop needs them. Interpreting, sourcing, and procuring parts accurately and efficiently Managing stock control and conducting stocktakes Picking and issuing parts to mechanics Monitoring parts spend and recommending best-value solutions Liaising closely with mechanics, suppliers, and management Maintaining accurate, timely records Identifying potential delays before they become problems Contributing to a safe, organised, and high-performing workshop This role isn’t about just ordering parts it’s about understanding what’s being ordered, why it’s needed, and how it impacts the bigger picture.
