GENERAL FUNCTION Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager the position will be responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment. Filling in and assisting with housekeeping and grounds keeping where and when needed. Responsible for repair, maintenance, and general upkeep of camp facilities and equipment. Also performs Preventative maintenance. KNOW HOW Previous experience preferred Plumbing Carpentry Framing Electrical Light construction Handyman repairs HVAC Forestry Small engine repair
