This position plays a critical role in supporting the firm's revenue cycle by partnering with attorneys, timekeepers, and clients on payment application, collections, and revenue reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, client-service focused, and enjoys working in a collaborative professional environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Revenue Cycle Support

• Monitor and support the complete revenue cycle from time capture through collection.

• Review aged accounts receivable and assist with collection efforts.

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding account balances, payment status, and billing inquiries.

Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate collection activity.
