Casino Bar Beverage Manager

Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures an all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations. Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and discharging. Assist the Food and Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and monitoring financial aspects of the beverage department
