Job Summary: An innovative and proactive thinker with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Plays a pivotal role in sourcing and placing veterinary candidates in clinics across the country, ensuring the highest quality of service and satisfaction for both clients and candidates Duties/Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified veterinary candidates for relief (per diem/locum) work through platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal systems. Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential candidates via cold calling to build a robust talent pipeline. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to match candidates with the right opportunities. Salary Negotiation: Manage salary negotiations to align candidate expectations with client offerings. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement new approaches to enhance recruitment processes. Market Insights: Stay updated on job market trends to inform recruitment strategies. Industry Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of the veterinary field and terminology. Advertising Programs: Assist in developing and executing advertising strategies to increase visibility and attract top talent. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with industry contacts to provide exceptional customer service, gain insights, and secure referrals and leads.
