The NCM Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing VIP group events, casino tours, and National Casino Marketing programs across Hollywood Casino St. Louis and River City Casino & Hotel. This role serves as a key liaison between guests, independent hosts, player development teams, and property departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.
