Day Porter (1725)

Position Overview: This role supports the operations department by executing janitorial tasks. The primary objectives are to ensure efficient and timely building cleaning, maintaining an appealing, hygienic, and safe environment. We seek a candidate with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities: Dusting desks, chairs, counters, blinds, and furniture. Cleaning the lobby, reception, or other designated areas as directed by the supervisor. Vacuuming and spot cleaning to maintain cleanliness. Refilling supplies and dispensers as needed. Emptying wastebaskets and recycling bins regularly. Spot mopping floors as required. Wiping down tables and chairs for a neat appearance. Assisting janitorial staff with special projects or tasks assigned by the supervisor. Utilizing appropriate methods, equipment, and chemicals in accordance with established processes and procedures. Attendance and punctuality are crucial as the role involves direct interaction. Adhering to company health and safety regulations, including wearing protective gear when necessary. Following all established company policies, protocols, and guidelines.
