Associate Manager - SHEQ

In this role you will be responsible for implementation of Harmonized standards such as Contractor Management and PTW/LOTO, Lone worker policy, Elevated work, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Hand and power tools, Fire protection, PPE, AMS PAM and Industrial hygiene and actively leading/involvement in the SHEQ program such as RCA, JTO/JSA and workplace inspection Further you will be responsible for the implementation of PSM-P ID, SLD, SWD, HAZOP, review of updated Asset Integrity register, improved reporting of Tier 3 PRS and ensuring compliance to Process Safety standards related to LCO2 storage and transport tanker, both at the plant site and at Customer locations Additionally, you will review site specific ERP and drills as conducted periodically ensure compliance to MS 86431: Environmental Impact Assessment, Support locations to track applicable environmental indicators and review the data periodically Likewise, you will review and recommend actions w.r.t Air Emissions (MS 86429), Environmental Noise (MS 86428), Water/Wastewater management (MS 86567) and Waste Management (MS 86568) Furthermore, you will develop and maintain HSE documentation, including incident reports, near misses, and hazardous waste management plans, regularly review and filed observations of PTW. LOTO issues and used at various project sites and co-ordinate with line function and submission of monthly report on time Moreover, you will ensure adherence to company policies on work permits, lockout/tagout procedures, PPE requirements, etc., organize support on Safety Trainings - Tool Box Talk, Inductions, Job Specific Trainings etc. Observe, audit, and monitor safety on job sites, including personnel, equipment, and materials and conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and training sessions to ensure compliance with industry standards You will be ensuring all PHA/FMEA recommended action items for new projects are implemented is a part of your responsibility along with supporting line function to conduct FSI and PSSR for new projects and ensure PSSR clearance before start-up, due diligence and reviews for potential acquisition opportunities (as per biz plan)
