Technical Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Project Manager based in United Arab Emirates. This is a remote, full-time opportunity to lead complex, high-impact technology projects across multiple teams, regions and product areas. You will connect business strategy with technical execution, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and with measurable impact. The role combines project leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder management, governance and operational excellence. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Commercial and BI teams, as well as senior leadership and external partners. You will play a key role in initiatives such as market launches, platform enhancements, certifications and regulatory programmes. The environment is fast-paced and highly regulated, making strong risk management, communication and decision-making essential. You will also contribute to project management maturity by mentoring colleagues, improving delivery practices and leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools.
