School Climate Manager

This position is responsible for the implementation of interventions that develop a positive, safe, and orderly environment for the students and staff of Fairwold Academy. The position ensures processes are efficient and followed with fidelity, specific to Safe Schools initiatives, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), de-escalation and school safety programs, and crisis management (Mandt). This position reports to the Director of Climate and Culture.
