Assistant Supervisor

This position is responsible for assisting in ensuring that trucks are loaded correctly, leading the crew by example. Must also possess a positive and team-oriented approach to complex and time sensitive situations. Duties include the ability to successfully lead groups of people toward a common goal. Essential Functions: Ability to use Produce Pro programs and computers Lead by setting a good example Plan routes effectively Inventory Control when needed Load Trucks efficiently Maintain 100 PPH Problem Solving in a fast pace environment Assist the Supervisors and Managers in tasks as needed Walk pickers through a final clean up Treat all employees with respect and professionalism Communicate between all departments as needed.
