Lower School Substitute Teacher

Charlotte Latin has an immediate need for Lower School substitute teachers. Key responsibilities include: Maintains a classroom environment that is conducive to learning Teaches lesson plan as outlined by the absent teacher Displays the ability to maintain effective classroom management strategies Implements as fully as possible the established routines and procedures of the school Serves as a positive role model for students, demonstrating professionalism that includes a positive, respectful manner. Maintains confidentiality of all information concerning students, parents, and members of staff Leaves a written note to absent teacher summarizing lessons and any related student/parent concerns
