Maintenance Technician

Job Information We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our multiple locations (7–8 sites). This role is essential to keeping our restaurants operating efficiently by maintaining kitchen equipment, building systems, and ensuring a safe environment for our team and guests. Key Responsibilities: Perform general building repairs including painting, lighting, and basic plumbing Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration units and kitchen equipment Maintain and repair cooking appliances and other facility equipment Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration and kitchen equipment Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete timely repairs Ensure all facilities meet safety and compliance standards Coordinate and complete maintenance work during non-operating hours when necessary Travel between multiple locations as needed
