Vice President of Finance

The Vice President of Finance provides enterprise-wide leadership for financial planning and analysis, accounting oversight, treasury, tax, risk management, and financial decision support across A.Y. McDonald Industries and its operating companies. This role partners with the Chief Financial Officer, business presidents, and functional leaders to strengthen financial performance, improve accountability, maintain effective controls, and translate financial information into practical business decisions. The position also develops finance talent, standardizes core processes where appropriate, and supports strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and mergers and acquisitions.
