Context: The mission of our Business Division (BD), Technology and Technical Support (T TS), is to propose to our clients sustainable, low-carbon solutions, which are also efficient in terms of technologies / process, catalysts / adsorbents and services for the whole domains Axens is involved in (Biomass Oil Hydroprocessing conversion, Petrochemicals production purification, Gas and Water Treatment, CO2 capture). In this Product Line Sustainable Conversion Hydro processing, Chemicals Integration oversees technologies and products related to the applications Renewable Diesel, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Clean Fuels, Petrochemical Feedstocks and Specialty Products. Tasks and activities: Our Sustainable VGO Conversion Hydroprocessing team is looking for an intern to help to continue revolutionizing our digital engineering platform. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, your main tasks will be: • Analyzing Industrial Processes: Dive deep into the mechanics of our industrial units to understand their core operations. • Harnessing Data: Collect and interpret vital data from our industrial cycles to uncover insights and drive efficiency. • Building a New Benchmark: Play a key part in creating a next-generation system for evaluating and comparing unit performance. • Developing Smart Models: Combine laboratory findings with real-world process data to build intelligent, predictive models. • Creating Digital Tools: Design and implement new software for rapid reactor modeling and automated reporting that will be used by our engineers.
