Stockroom Coordinator | Cable Elsternwick

The Role: We're looking for a Stock Coordinator to join our Cable Elsternwick store and play a key role in managing stock flow, maintaining organised stockrooms, and ensuring the sales floor is replenished and presentation-ready. Previous retail or stock experience is a bonus, but it's not essential. We're looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to get involved. What you'll be doing: Behind every great shopping experience is a well-organised store, and you'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. This is an active role, so you'll be on your feet throughout your shift, moving stock, supporting the team and helping ensure our stores are fully stocked and customer ready.

Your responsibilities will include: • Receiving, unpacking, processing and replenishing stock • Hanging, folding and preparing garments for the shop floor • Maintaining organised stockrooms and ensuring products are where they need to be • Supporting deliveries and helping the team during busy trading periods • Assisting with promotional setup and visual merchandising changes • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store environment • Working efficiently while paying close attention to detail • Jumping in to support your teammates wherever needed

What we're looking for • Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment • A genuine passion for our brand and our customers • Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills • A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset • Great visual merchandising and styling ability • Availability to work weekdays (approx. 15-20 hours per week) • Flexibility to work increased shifts as required (peak periods and covering leave of team members)
