OR SCHEDULER - ORTHOPEDICS

Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and communication of surgical and procedural cases for AMG providers. This role ensures accurate and timely scheduling of patient procedures, PAT testing, coordination with surgical teams, anesthesia, vendor representatives, and other key departments. May also support administrative tasks such as payroll, staff scheduling, and general office support to maintain efficient clinic operations. Serves as a key liaison between providers, patients, hospital departments, and vendor partners, ensuring a seamless experience for patients while supporting regulatory and operational requirements. Ensures all required documentation is obtained, verified, and appropriately scanned or delivered to the OR in accordance with established protocols and timelines.
