FP&A Manager - COS

We're looking for an experienced FP&A professional with a strong track record of leading planning, forecasting and performance management activities within a complex commercial environment. This role requires someone who can quickly establish credibility, take ownership of key FP&A processes from day one and provide high-quality financial insight that supports strategic decision-making. You'll work with senior leaders to translate business plans into robust financial forecasts, challenge assumptions and drive improved financial performance through rigorous analysis and forward-looking insight. This role is best suited to an established FP&A professional who has successfully operated in a lead FP&A capacity and can demonstrate a track record of quickly adding value, influencing decision-making and driving improved forecasting and planning outcomes.
