About the role
To support customers with, but not limited to, Laser Cutting Machines with and without Automation by providing field service to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes installation and service of AMADA machines. Field service personnel receive continuing education on new machines and technologies. This role is not exclusive to the same functions as other Amada machines. This position encompasses the Austin, TX and surrounding areas.
