Pay: $45/hour (RN) Flexible Scheduling | Immediate Openings | Home Care

Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate, dependable LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes. Enjoy competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

- Provide skilled nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments. - Perform G-tube/PEG care, tracheostomy care, and suctioning as required. - Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly. - Provide ventilator support when required and appropriately trained. - Educate patients and caregivers and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

- Active New York State LPN or RN license. - Minimum of 6 months of home care experience. - Current CPR/BLS certification. - Strong clinical and communication skills. - Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently. - Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
