Always Compassionate Health is seeking dedicated, patient-focused Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve greater independence. Join our team and make a meaningful difference through compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. - Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility rehabilitation. - Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility. - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

- Active New York State Physical Therapist license required. - Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. - Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
