Process Improvement Engineer

We're seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to drive continuous improvement (Lean & Six Sigmna) across our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you'll lead Kaizen events and DMAIC projects, apply statistical tools to reduce waste and variation, and partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to boost efficiency, quality, and cost performance. Ideal candidates hold a Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) with 3–5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience and strong data analysis and facilitation skills.
