Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager – Swimming Pool & Landscape Division will be responsible for driving the growth and market development of the new division, with primary focus on swimming pool construction, renovation, repairs, maintenance and AMC services, supported by selected landscape solutions. The role will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client and industry relationships, manage the sales pipeline, lead commercial proposals and negotiations, secure new contracts, and support successful project handover and client retention. The position will play a key role in establishing the division’s market presence, revenue base and long-term profitability.
