Introduction:

Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Nurse Instructor for the department of Anesthesia Main Operating room.

Job Role / Responsibilities:

- Develop and conduct courses pertaining to the orientation, basic skills training, in service, continuing education and sessions for the development of nursing services/support services employees

- plan, develop and organize programmes, courses, workshop to meet broad nursing needs and institutional patient care objective

- evaluate the effectiveness of individual learning and groups

- ensure that educational programmes are congruent with organizational goal

- coordinates and conducts different american heart association courses and prepares reports as per devised format

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

You must have;

- A baccalaureate degree in nursing (bscn) from an accredited school.

- valid license from Pakistan nursing council.

- Certification in:

- BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/Instructor)

- Safe Medication Administration

- Intravenous Cannulation

- Procedural Sedation

- minimum 3 years of experience as registered nurse.

- in-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes.

- excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.

- readiness to work in flexible hours.
