Lead Hand Technician

Under the direction of the Construction Manager, the Lead Hand Technician provides hands-on field leadership while supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic drop cables from the telecom network to customer premises. The role supports field technicians, resolves escalated technical issues, performs site inspections, and helps ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to AFL’s quality and customer service standards.
