Financial Analyst, Datacenter

The Senior Financial Analyst is a hands-on FP&A professional who pairs deep analytical rigor with strong business partnership. Reporting to the Finance Director, Data Center Market, this role is embedded with the core Hyperscale business teams for a dedicated set of customers, and serves as the finance expert on those customer relationships, from IBP demand signals and ordering behavior to product-level revenue, cost, and pricing mechanics.

The Analyst owns the granular cost analysis of the North America P&L. The role builds a deep understanding of SG&A, R&D, material variances, processing costs, develops the models and analysis behind them, and turns that into actionable recommendations to optimize cost, including headcount planning, manufacturing labor efficiency, and non-labor spend.
