EHS Supervisor- Data Center

The EHSS Supervisor – Data Center Operations is responsible for supporting the execution of AFL's Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) programs across data center construction, commissioning, infrastructure installation, and operational support activities. This role serves as a frontline EHSS leader, working closely with field personnel, supervisors, contractors, customers, and project leadership to identify risks, verify controls, and promote safe work execution. The EHSS Supervisor provides day-to-day site support, coaching, auditing, and compliance oversight while helping drive a proactive safety culture throughout Data Center Operations. The role is highly visible at active data center campuses and serves as a critical link between project teams and EHSS leadership.
