Patient Care Coordinator – Part-Time – Avelure Med Spa Avelure Med Spa | Indianapolis & Greenwood, IN Part-time | Up to 30 hours/week | $18 – $20 /hour, based on experience | Saturday availability required

Avelure Med Spa is a medical aesthetics practice serving the greater Indianapolis area with locations in Indianapolis and Greenwood. As part of the Advanced MedAesthetic Partners network, Avelure combines the personalized feel of a local aesthetic practice with the training, resources, operational support, and growth opportunities of a national aesthetics platform.

We’re hiring a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to support both our Indianapolis and Greenwood locations. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating a polished, welcoming patient experience, enjoys a fast-paced front-office environment, and is excited to work in aesthetics, skincare, med spa services, and patient care.

This position is up to 30 hours per week, and Saturday availability is required.

What you’ll do

- Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for patients in person, by phone, and through digital communication. - Welcome patients, support check-in and check-out, and help create a high-end, service-focused experience. - Schedule appointments, manage calendar flow, and help keep the patient journey organized and efficient. - Answer questions about services, appointments, preparation, aftercare, and follow-up steps. - Support providers and the clinic team with day-to-day administrative coordination. - Maintain accurate patient information, documentation, and confidential records. - Assist with patient communication, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up outreach. - Help promote services, memberships, skincare, and treatment plans in a professional and patient-centered way. - Support both the Indianapolis and Greenwood locations as business needs require.

What we’re looking for

- Prior front desk, patient care, customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, medical office, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or aesthetic medicine experience preferred. - Strong communication skills and a warm, polished, patient-focused presence. - Ability to stay organized while managing phones, scheduling, patient flow, and competing priorities. - Comfort handling confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion. - Interest in aesthetics, skincare, cosmetic treatments, wellness, and patient experience. - Ability to work across both Avelure locations in Indianapolis and Greenwood. - Saturday availability required. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
