Materials Coordinator I

The Materials Coordinator reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is a key member of the materials team supporting our speaker manufacturing facility located off Airport Way in NE Portland. This position is responsible for maintaining material availability through inventory monitoring, receiving operations, warehouse organization, inventory control, and material planning activities. The Materials Coordinator works closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Inventory teams to ensure accurate inventory records, efficient material flow, and uninterrupted production operations. This role is responsible for identifying replenishment needs, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and driving continuous improvements in inventory control and materials management.
