Knowledge Management Specialist

Bestica is hiring for a Knowledge Management Specialist to provide their services at Wright Patterson Air Force Base located in Dayton, OH. Description of Services : The shall provide knowledge management specialist expertise to the 711 HPW Assistant Records Manager (ARM). The ARM is responsible for performing analysis and using systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches to manage projects related to knowledge management. The ARM determines how best to accomplish knowledge management objectives, develops and evaluates alternatives, delivers presentations of results, and monitors in-house activities. Additionally, the ARM assesses the organizations of the 711 HPW to determine long range knowledge management requirements and plans, develops, directs, trains, and administers policies and procedures to implement and manage the Records Management Program, Privacy Act Program, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) programs.
