We are seeking a passionate Product Manager, with 4-7 years of experience in building delightful internet product experiences. Background 4-7 years of experience in software organizations, experience with start-ups at any stage is a plus. Experience building ingenious products. Product management experience of atleast 2 years, understanding of product lifecycle. Computer Science/Data Analytics background is a plus. Should be comfortable with technology and understands current and future industry landscape for B2C and B2B products. Role You will be responsible to leading products at Innovaccer. Maintaining and formalizing state of the product, developing product roadmaps, understanding the state of the industry and identifying strategies for product to give us a competitive advantage. Responsibilities will include coordinating with key stakeholders and bringing together a team for executing the roadmap, and liasoning with stakeholders across difference orgs to drive product vision and iterate on the product strategy. Responsibilities Own state of the product and product roadmaps Define and design solutions, features, including wireframes, user flows. Coordinate with engineering teams to orchestrate execution Coordinate with sales/marketing teams to drive product vision Understand competitive and industry landscape to drive product strategy Skills Creative, and strong problem solving ability. Ability to break a problem into its fundamental parts and define a solution that’s simple and easy to understand. Strong understanding of technology. Ability to plan exhaustively and anticipate weak points before they happen. Proactive and the ability to rally teams with focus and precision.
