Mortgage Loan Officer

JOB FUNCTIONS Interview members from assigned branches applying for residential mortgages to make certain all pertinent information/data is collected. Perform preliminary analysis of mortgage applications to make certain that member(s) qualify for the loan based upon the information provided at the time of application. Prepare and send initial disclosures to member(s) so that government regulations are met and informed. Be knowledgeable of underwriting criteria and pricing. This would also include being knowledgeable of FNMA and FHLMC underwriting guidelines. Network with internal business partners, branches, and external business partners to grow existing database further.
