Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Catholic Diocese of Raleigh has an immediate need for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. Operating as a critical bridge between financial data and diocesan strategy, this hands-on role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager provides high-level financial counsel to executive leadership while providing day-to-day direction and oversight for assigned staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive finance leader who balances meticulous, hands-on mastery of driver-based forecasting and data modeling with the communication style needed to brief executive leadership boards and diocesan committees.
