Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. Performs routine cleaning tasks in apartments, hallways, lobbies, offices, fitness centers, rest rooms and elevators. Performs grounds inspections and cleans up trash on property. Share on-call responsibility. (If applicable) Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Other duties as assigned.
