Ground Support Equipment Mechanic (GSE)

Job Title: Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Mechanic Reports To: Maintenance Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Maintenance Location: Ardmore, Oklahoma The ideal candidate will have experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic. POSITION SUMMARY The Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Mechanic performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ground support equipment used to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations. This position inspects, tests, operates, services, maintains, repairs, and replaces components on GSE to ensure serviceability and safe operation. The role diagnoses mechanical and electronic malfunctions using technical publications, test equipment, and visual and auditory inspection methods and supports equipment readiness, storage, and deployment.
