Software Engineer (MERN)

Job Type: Full-time(Onsite)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in MERN Full Stack development and/or Python-based applications to join our growing team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable web applications, work closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and/or Python (Django/Flask).

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Create responsive and reusable frontend components.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services.

- Debug, test, and optimize application performance.

- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.

- Collaborate with QA, design, and product teams.

- Support deployment and post-release maintenance. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT (or equivalent experience).

- 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.

- Strong command of JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js OR Python (Django/Flask).

- Experience with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Knowledge of Git/GitHub or other version control systems.

- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization.

- Familiarity with Linux environments is a plus.

- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Experience with Next.js, Redux, or modern frontend tools.

- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Experience with payment gateways, third-party APIs, or microservices.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
