Responsibilities The appointees are expected to • provide support to the administration of academic taught and research programmes including admission, subject registration, class timetabling, examination, student liaison and professional accreditation • plan and organise related events such as seminars, conferences, ceremonies, exhibitions, information days, etc. • liaise with internal departments and administrative units as well as external parties/organisations to execute various programmes and activities • perform any other duties as assigned by the Person-in-Charge or his/her delegates • work outside normal office hours and/or outside Hong Kong, China occasionally
