About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE This is a chance to help define how procurement professionals supervise and collaborate with AI agents — a UX challenge with no established playbook. You'll join a small, cross-functional team shipping weekly to paying customers, shaping interaction patterns at the frontier of agentic B2B software. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design end-to-end product flows, screens, and prototypes that ship to customers within weeks. - Define how AI agents surface work, how humans review it, and how trust is built between them. - Prototype in Figma, code, and with AI tools to communicate ideas quickly and effectively. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and domain experts to reduce handoff friction. - Review PRs and make last-mile interaction and visual tweaks to maintain shipped quality. - Contribute to and raise the bar on the design system and visual interaction standards. - Own features from discovery through launch — not just isolated screens. - Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and real-world usage. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 0–2 years of product design experience; strong internships with shipped work count. - A portfolio demonstrating shipped product designs, ideally in B2B, complex workflows, or data-heavy products. - Experience contributing to and maintaining a design system with a focus on cross-product consistency. - Daily use of AI tools in your design workflow (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Figma Make). - Systems thinking — you care about how features work together, not just individual screens. - Practical understanding of the design-to-development lifecycle and a bias for shipping over endless polish. - Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. - Bonus: ability to prototype in code (HTML, CSS, React); experience designing for non-technical users in complex domains; considered opinions on how AI should appear in products beyond chat interfaces. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. This role requires full-time presence in the Munich office; remote work is not available. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
