ABOUT THIS POSITION Our Cashiers and Baristas connect with, laugh with, and uplift the lives of the customers we serve in a school environment. The work goes beyond running the register and handcrafting a perfectly made beverage; it’s about presenting the Genuine culture while providing great customer service. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Genuine quality customer service to all clientele by greeting, thanking, etc. Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy. Ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures. Ensure food safety standards are being followed. Provide great customer service following Genuine standards. Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties. Assist other team members as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned.
