Sales Admin

SUMMARY : The Sales Admin will follow the order cycle from order entry to delivery from our Brownsville facility. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of diplomacy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensures that orders are entered in timely and accurately. Review available inventory in plant and warehouse. A Sales Order Report must be generated from every PO to confirm acceptance of the order with the customer. Follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their PO. Generate PO from Forza Steel USA to Forza Steel Mexico for each customer PO. Generate daily sales report end of each day. Review with sales persons their weekly sales objectives. Other duties as assigned by manager.
