Seasonal Color Crew Leader

Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew Members to join our seasonal color and flower installation team. What You’ll Do Install seasonal color and flowers at commercial properties Perform planting, mulching, bed preparation, and cleanup Assist with loading and unloading plants, materials, and equipment Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow direction from Crew Leaders and complete jobs safely and efficiently Help maintain clean and professional job sites Occasionally assist with landscape enhancements or maintenance projects What You Bring 1–2 years of landscape or planting experience preferred (we’ll train the right person) Ability to operate basic landscape equipment (blowers, trimmers, etc.) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver’s license is a plus What You Get Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holiday pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company match Opportunities for career growth and advancement A fun, professional, and supportive team environment Pride in being part of Team Purple The Physical Side This role requires physical stamina, including frequent walking, bending, lifting, and handling materials.
