About the role

We are looking for an early-career marketer to join our regional field marketing team supporting our highest-priority industries across the Americas: retail, financial services, and tech and business services. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who wants to learn full-funnel field marketing and grow into a program owner.

Working alongside two field marketing leads and reporting to the principal who leads all three verticals, you will help plan and execute integrated programs that nurture, convert, and expand our top target accounts and new logos. You will touch every layer of the funnel, from verticalized content and landing pages to demand strategy and channels, with most of your time spent bringing regional, industry and partner events to life. You are organized and resourceful, and you thrive juggling multiple programs and stakeholders against real deadlines.

Job responsibilities

  • Support full-funnel execution of regional programs across all three verticals, learning each tactic and process by owning delivery details.
  • Lead day-to-day coordination of events, the core of the role: industry and partner sponsorships, executive dinners, account events, ABM plays and workshops, from logistics and vendors through follow-up and reporting.
  • Help produce verticalized content and landing pages with content, design and web teams, tailoring messaging to each industry audience.
  • Support demand strategy and channels, including email, paid, social and nurture, to progress priority accounts through the funnel.
  • Build and manage campaigns and workflows across the martech stack (CRM, marketing automation, ABM and intent platforms), keeping data clean and actionable.
  • Track program performance against pipeline and engagement goals, and share timely insights with field marketing leads and sales.
  • Test and adopt new AI agents and tools to streamline marketing workflows, and share what works with the team.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

  • One to two years of experience in marketing, consulting, technology or professional services, or a comparable early-career background.
  • Hands-on comfort in a martech stack. Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Creatio, Demandbase, Splash, and Clay is a plus.
  • Curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing workflows, and eagerness to test and deploy agentic workflows. Experience with Gemini, Claude is a plus.
  • Familiarity with events, content or demand generation in a B2B context, ideally in tech or professional services.

Professional Skills

  • A self-starter who rolls up their sleeves, owns the details and keeps multiple programs moving to hit deadlines for several stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication and confidence engaging people across roles and industries.
  • Eager to learn data-driven marketing strategy and grow quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A curious, adaptable mindset motivated by growth and team impact.
