About the Job:

FFE Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the firm’s growing Cincinnati team. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and supervise mechanical engineering staff.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading mechanical engineering scope for design projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Overseeing the design of HVAC systems, energy modeling, and technical specifications for diverse projects.
• Preparing and performing quality control on design documents, including drawings, specifica tions , and calculations.
• Conducting field surveys, shop drawing reviews, and executing BIM implementation plans.
• Reviewing designs for code compliance, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Assigning work to mechanical engineering staff, setting clear expectations, and providing feedbac
