Busser

The Busser plays a vital support role on our service team, ensuring each guest's table is perfectly maintained and reset to fine dining standards. This position is essential to maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the dining room and assisting in creating a refined, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Key Responsibilities Support the service team in delivering professional, attentive, and timely service to guests Refill water glasses, replenish bread and butter, and provide additional table service as needed Promptly clear tables of dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, and other debris Replace used silverware and reset tables between courses and seatings Perform assigned side work efficiently and according to daily checklists Transport dishware, bus tubs, and trays to and from the kitchen and dish area safely Assist in maintaining cleanliness and readiness of service stations, dining areas, and walkways Follow instructions from service captains and managers with professionalism and consistency Maintain awareness of guest needs and proactively communicate with servers or managers when required
