We're looking for an experienced Housekeeper who takes pride in high standards and is ready to take the next step in their career. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play an important role in supporting and guiding the housekeeping team, working closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure the department runs smoothly and our guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to a high standard. This is a hands-on role where you'll mentor and support the team, work alongside them to deliver the standards our guests expect, and help create a positive environment where everyone contributes to a great guest experience. What You'll Do • Support daily housekeeping operations and provide leadership to the housekeeping team • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are consistently met • Coach, motivate, and support housekeeping team members • Coordinate daily assignments and ensure tasks are completed efficiently • Report maintenance issues and work closely with the Maintenance team to address them • Work closely with Front Desk to support the smooth operation of the hotel • Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties as required • Promote a safe, positive, and professional team environment What You Bring • Previous hotel housekeeping experience • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards • Good organizational and communication skills • A positive attitude and strong work ethic • Previous supervisory experience or the willingness and ability to take on a leadership role • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs If you’re ready to play an important role in creating great stays for our guests.
